I have a question about placing an order or an order I already placed - how can I contact someone?

How quickly will I receive my order?

In stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 2-3 days. Allow a full week to ten days for your order to arrive. If you need to receive your order sooner, we strongly recommend you expedite it with overnight shipping (NOTE: order processing can still take up to 2-3 business days after we receive it and therefore allow 4 business days for it to arrive).

What shipping choices do you offer?

Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail (domestic and international) which takes 2-3 business days in the United States and 7-10 days overseas.

Domestic Standard Shipping Rate $9.95 for all orders under $125 Free Domestic Standard Shipping for all orders $125 or more International Shipping Rates apply by country

Domestic expedited shipping is available for an additional cost of $30 for orders under $125 and $50 for orders over $125. Standard order processing timelines of 2-3 business days still apply for ALL orders. Expedited orders will be shipped via overnight service through either Fedex or USPS Express Mail, depending on your location.

Note, sometimes overnight service incurs a significant additional cost imposed by the carriers, i.e. for smaller towns off major shipping routes . If you order is expedited and additional costs apply, you will be notified prior to shipment and given a choice of two day delivery or paying the additional surcharge for overnight service.

I feel like I am between sizes according to the size guidelines - should I size up or down?

Our sizing guidelines are just that - a guide. We usually recommend that you order your normal size especially since waistband & fabric have stretch & elasticity.

I received my order and it doesn't fit - can I exchange it?

We are happy to exchange any item, free of charge, as long as it's within 30 days of purchase, is unworn/unwashed and in the original packaging.

Please email info@spoiled-sports.com to request an exchange and include your order number and exchange information (item, size, color). We will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Once the item is received in our warehouse, we will process your exchange within 3-5 business days.

I need to return an item for a refund - what should I do?

We are happy to process a refund for any returned item as long as it's within 30 days of purchase, is unworn/unwashed and in the original packaging. Please email info@spoiled-sports.com to request a refund and include your order number and exchange information (item, size, color). Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions and a return label via email.

Return shipping of $6 will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item. Alternatively you may ship the return using your own carrier service and just include your packing slip or a brief note with your order info (transaction number, name, date of purchase).
